Industrial buildings

This is the core of our work and what we create. Throughout 14 years of dedication, we have served all sectors of industrial construction, which has given us the opportunity to broaden our horizons. We can be proud of our work activities relating to erecting accessible and safe scaffolding for:
  • shipyards - for the construction, mobilization / demobilization and renovation of ships (mainly for welding and insulation works), sandblasting of port cranes,
  • mines - renovation of buildings, shafts with all equipment, conveyors and feeders,
  • refineries - service and development of new pipelines and flyovers,
  • natural gas transhipment and regasification terminal - new administrative buildings, expansion of gas pipelines, cable routes and electrical installations.

Incineration plants

We have specialized in servicing energy projects with a particular emphasis on biomass boilers and waste incineration plants. We have provided access and safe scaffolding to over 70 such facilities throughout Europe. We have been with our clients since the beginning of construction, as well as during service and renovation works. We work for individual industries and support projects directly under the general contractor, providing services for the entire scheme, mainly for boiler rooms, engine rooms, exhaust gas treatment, and cold stores, including:
  • mechanical works (assembly of main and secondary structures, pipelines, boilers, other welding works),
  • measurements and tests,
  • electrical works,
  • assembly of apparatus and automation,
  • fire protection of constructions and objects,
  • assembly works of ventilation and air conditioning systems,
  • fire protection installation works,
  • crane assembly works,
  • special constructions (halls, tents, roofing),
  • support scaffoldings and communication routes,
  • insulation works,
  • conveyorbelt installations.

Bridges

IN-TECH Rusztowania has incomparable experience and proficiency in working with newly built and renovated bridge structures. We have completed work on over 30 bridge engineering facilities. Our design office provides calculations and detailed drawings to solve the most complex engineering problems. We have qualifications and licenses to work at PLK and GDKiA facilities. We provide access and save scaffolding to enable our clients to carry on work on bridges, such us:
  • sanding,
  • applying a paint coating,
  • riveting
  • track replacement. 
We erect scaffoldings under and on bridges for various purposes including:
  • roads,
  • railways
  • footbridges. 
We are also involved in work on overpasses and flyovers.

    Cubature construction

    Cubature construction poses us challenges in terms of time scale, which is crucial in this field, and the adaptation of the scaffolding once erected in order to give access to work carried out by various industries. Construction of housing estates, hotel renovation or replacement of ventilation atswimming pools are just some of the examples of the venues where we have supported our clients. The Layher system used by IN-TECH Rusztowania works well with simple facades as well as with narrow ducts that are difficult to access. If necessary, we provide temporary canopies or tents to protect a specific space. We also provide access for works carried out exclusively in the construction and building industry, like:
    • reinforcement,
    • concrete,
    • insulation and rendering,
    • installationassembly,
    • roof assembly.

    Transmission power engineering

    IN-TECH Rusztowania is thriving in the transmission and high voltage distribution industry, a very demanding industry that tests us in all respects, therefore demonstrating our professionalism in every aspect of work. Everything must be delivered to the highest standards: design, logistics, planning, as the slightest mistake can have serious consequences. We understand the risk of working at 110kV, 220kV, 400kV and are able to manage it therfore we are able to provide adequate protection. We are experts in erecting scaffolding of all types:
    • protective - used to protect places over which high voltage cables will be stretched (eg. road, railway crossing, other industrial lines). In these cases, we now usually build two tower scaffoldings and stretch the protective nets over them.
    • access - around high voltage poles, for direct assembly of their structure or for hanging cables on.
